B33 Primary Chaincase Gasket
« on: 26 March, 2018, 11:15:11 »
When I removed the steel primary chaincase it looked as though some previous owner had fixed the cork gasket in place with copious amounts of Araldite.  I've got a new cork gasket and the two cork rings for the spacer behind the footpeg.  Will these be oiltight when I put the cover back on or should I use a sealant too?

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks. In fact the new gasket is the wrong one, so I've got a few days to find some Loctite.
