1953 Super Flash

Here is a photo of the bike tend to ride most often. It is a pretty much standard Super Flash. The only item I changed was the carb, ( concentric) and the cam shaft is the Spitfire 65-357. A little case machining was required to make it fit.

Hi Goldstarman,

A very nice looking bike.  The Super Flash is a bit of a rarity in the UK so it is great to see one up and running.  It looks like you have not fitted the cross brace under the front of the tank.  Probably not a problem on the smaller tank but on the larger tanks probably essential.

Dave.

Very nice scrutinizing, the photo was taken just after restoration. The brace is currently residing in it’s proper place. Lloyd  :)
