Choke whats wrong?
« on: 06 March, 2018, 19:39:48 »
Me again! I finally got the A65 started after several kicks but when I did I noticed that whatever I did with the choke lever it made no difference to the running of the bike. The choke slide can be seen working and cable works freely and the bike runs lovely and ticks over a treat so what is wrong with the choke operation as I have not got a clue.... :-\
It has a 389 monoblock carb with a bellmouth and electronic ignition.

It won't make a huge difference to how the bike runs at very low throttle openings but it should make a big difference on the open road and at larger throttle openings.
