Unusual ZB32 frame

Hello,

Surfing in the WWW I found this picture of a ZB32 having an unusual rear spring frame. I wonder is it a home made one or something BSA did?

Possibly a conversion of a ZB32 rigid framed bike to swinging arm rear end?
