Nowhere to start a new post in the forum, can only post here in problems section

I cant find anyway of starting a new post in the main forum screen, I can only start a new post here in the problems section

There should be a button (dark blue on my PC) named 'NEW TOPIC' which is virtually above Replies to start a new thread.

No button on my view using phone.

If you are using a mobile phone there is a button within each section called User Actions, click on this to start a new topic. The same applies if you wish to reply to a post. If using a PC use the New Topic or Reply button. You obviously need to login before posting.

All I see is the word reply, is this to be used for a new topic?

Once you have logged in, follow these steps to post a new topic

For this example I have chosen The BSA Workshop - Twins

On the right hand corner there is an option called User Options

When you click on user options you will see the following:



Click on New Topic and type in a subject title of your topic and then type your question, see next iamge
