Back with a basket case

Hello to you all.
I haven't been on here for a long time.
Long ago I had a 1948 B33 project which sadly I sold on to finance another project.
I have now acquired a 1972 A65 basket case.
I've got a complete rolling chassis but only half an engine so far.
This is a "back burner" project and I'm in no particular rush to get it finished, as long as it keeps inching forward.
I pick up bits now and then usually private sales.
Consequently what I have is something of a "bitsa" at the moment.
Please excuse any stupid questions I might ask - I'm a bit rusty on BSAs at present.

Welcome back, you have the same model as my basket case which I bought in many bits, one owner from new. the wheels now look new, frame ditto. forks finished and fitted and my new seat arrived today. Will make a start on the engine next week. Costing £££££'s so far, but it is fun. Keep us updated.

Aqua blasted my hubs and used Trusty Hagons for my rims and spokes, fitted a nice pair of Dunlops. They do look nice. I have done a lot of part price comparisons so please ask if you are after anything, will try my best. Got a new chrome rear mudguard and about to source a front. Number plate by Tippers. Just ask ? Regards Colin.
