Register my project

I have a B21 frame with a  1937/8 350cc B26 engine,will DVLA register it B26 or B21 .Will I need an MOT?

A bike is defined by its frame, but I suspect when registered it will just be described as a 350cc BSA, their systems do not recognise the original model designations of our old machines.
