A65 won't start after rebuild :(

Help !

I have a A65 was running (just) which has had full rebuild from ground up as seized crank bearing went through casing !

Its all been repaired, new bushes, mains, oil pump, carbs etc etc

Bike has electrix electronic ignition with battery eliminator strong spark timing set to 34deg before TDC, have advanced and retarded it no real difference bike just kicks back and snorts - also swapped plug leads around.

Valve timing seems good, gears were marked up pre disassembly and I have no reason to believe there are timing issues, using TDC stop valve are nicely closed with clearances

Am out of ideas as to why it won't start, was gonna say if you can start it you can have it - but knowing my luck it would go first time
