I have a 1936 B18 I need a headlight glass and a pair of knee grips. Any advice as to where to buy them from would be helpful., I suspect the rubber knee  grips will be difficult. I also need a Gear leaver and quadrant. I can make these myself but would need a pattern

I have a hand change lever and quadrant removed from my 1934 Blue Star. It was added by the previous owner so part numbers probably won't help as it may have come from another model, but I'd be happy to measure up and post some photos.

Thanks David that would be a good start. A card template would be much appreciated for the lever and quadrant apparently the B18 has a 4 speed box

I think the cheapest way to get a headlight glass, would be to take the rim to a local glass shop, and ask them to cut you a piece of Lavatory window glass, about 3.5mm thick. The Lucas Difusa transfers are available from Classic Transfers.
I'm sure that Jeff Hunter Engineering will have the tank Knee rubbers. Email Jeffalanhunter@aol.com.
Hope this helps.
Steve.

Here's a pic of the lever and quadrant I have. If you want it it's your for £20 plus post - the chrome is OK, but not brilliant btw.

Looking at the catalogue picture of your machine, I don't think the quadrant will fit.

Good evening David,
I will happily pay you £20 as it is a good starting point if I have to make another. I am new to the club and have not got my membership pack as yet. Can you private message me and I will send payment by bank transfer or do you need my email address or telephone number.
Kind regards
Mark
