boyer bransden ignition

Hi how can I check my boyer bransden ignition is working ok in situ had to lift engine to change oil feed o rings so removed coils to get at engine mounting  bolts now engine running rough,thanks Roy

Roy,

I can remember having a similar problem and it turned out to be a dodgy wire.  It must have been just about working but once disturbed caused problems. Unless you have already done so, check all the connections for cleanliness and perhaps use some wire to bypass the wires in situ to eliminate them.

Thanks guys loose wire connection was the trouble but not obvious, Roy
