The Website for the Netherlands 2023 summer camp is now active.
From there you can book your rally. (Booking opening soon)
Accommodation is booked directly though the campsite (note: Chalets are Friday-Friday, Tents/Caravans are Sat-Sat)

the Dutch club prefer if you book online.
The UK booking form is on our website, and will be in the Star in Feb

I have tried and tried to use the crappy web site. It keeps on increasing the charge from 75 euros to 117 euros as soon as I go to the next page. That is after numerous attempts to finish with out being charged 240 euros. I will wait for the form to appear in the Star, at least it will be old fashion paper based.

Hi Idie,
I have just done a booking form using Chrome browser and it did the calculations correctly.
It re-caculates the total when you press next.

Maybe, but when I tried it, after the registration fee of 75 euro the next page showed that I owed 117 euro with nothing added by me. I tried a number of times so I think I will wait for the form to come out.

Well I tried again and actually got right to the end, but and there is always a but when you try to choose a bank it only lists European banks. So now I will wait for the form to appear in the Star.

I would just like the sort code so that I can transfer the amount required direct, I've only got the IBAN number.

I noticed that when I was trying to transfer monies to the camp site that we are using, I misread it and had quite a time trying to pay. I read this as "Camping it Wild" and if you look close you will see that it should read "Camping it wiid" easy mistake to make, so if you are trying to transfer monies for the rally make sure you are not doing the same as me.

The last date for me receiving your bookings is the 15th April 2023.
I will then be transferring the bookings & monies to the Dutch club.

My friend James Barber (black A65L) was at the rally, and gave the UK attendance register to someone to collect peoples millages.
He cannot remember the chaps name, does anyone know who it was?
