Registering a custom A65

Hi All
I  have been offered a BSA A65 matching numbers bike mostly std apart from it has been hardtailed, this bike was a recent import and needs to be uk registered.Anyone outhere know the best way to do this. I want to run it as is for a while then return frame back to original swing arm spec...

have you a NOVA cert for import duties?
BSA OC dating certificate.
plenty of threads on here about doing it and should be a form to help.

when my cases and crank get back from machining (sometime in the distant future) , I can start to rebuild mine then will be doing the same.

A modified frame may well get you a Q plate. See the DVLA section in  issue 2 of 2020 of FBHVC newsletter second from last paragraph;
