A50 ignition switch ?
« on: 26 November, 2021, 08:23:38 »
Bit of a daft question, my A50 has had a 'corned beef opening key' in the ignition. It works fine but my question is Were the original switches (1964 model) spade type keys or the other type ?   Bit too cold to go out taking electrice to bits today...   Griff

I think they were all the spade type, so that it made them impossible to steal,  ;D ;D ;D

Hi Griffo,

If it is the type located near to the front of the tank on the headstock then the switches are available from Paul Goff.  He also has the other type if needed.
