they used to use that at race tracks, one of my fellow marshals tried to kick a roll off the track and it stuck to his boot.

Ive got  a straight thru on the B40 thats going to be very noisy.
if you can, a round disc, with a hole in the middle welded to a tube with a lot of holes around and wrapped with exhaust wadding will be my method possibly with a  hole or thread or nut welded on to hold in place with a bolt from the outside.

How about stainless steel scouring pads? You will need to ensure that thay are trapped and not blown straight out.

i managed to fit a roll of wire into the fromt silencer compartment before offset baffle and its made a difference. engine feels more responsive. somehow i need to locate another roll at the rear chamber after the absorption baffle. exhaust back pressure seems to work better. i m using a 260 main jet.

I’ve tried the removal baffles sold on eBay - load of crap.
Why can’t anyone make a pattern silencer that is quite similar to the original one?
