Seat mounting distance piece

Can anyone tell me the dimensions for part number 68 9441 distance piece equired for correct seat mounting? They are no longer available,at Draganfly at least! Thanks. Dave

According to Burton Bike Bits price list, 68-9441 is 3/8" ID x 1" OD x 7/16" L..  HTH
