after many months of work its actually running !
seen so many ways to time the ignition ,s !o much on the forum I thought I would try 15 degree BTDC as my action plate has 10 degree advance , wouldnt start ,loosen tappets to about 12 thou,held throttle open about one quarter and it fired ! go oil return . I think this the first start scince about 1974 ,hope it keeps running!time to put primary case on and try it !!
