Whilst I am quite able to do up the head bolts by "feel"---like what we always did!!!!

Just as a matter of interest did 'the book' ever give a torque setting.

Follow up to my last. I 've been in touch with Mr Foden and this No is a stranger to him as well.
According to the only picture that I have mine appears to be in the wrong place anyway. He explained where to find it but I certainly can't see it.

I really should be much obliged if one of you kind gents would take a pic of the "proper" place so that I can scrape the paint off and maybe find it. .Either post here or to my inbox

What carb should I have on my 1963 A50. Currently have a monobloc fitted. One book says monobloc and another says 626/19 concentric.
Still on the bench with another few months(years???) to go, so no rush to change it if its wrong.

So any input very welcome.

I am contemplating a trike as I can't get on and of anymore.  Of course a move like this comes with all the usual "buts"
