Look at an ordinary A65 and triple the price. You can always come down.

I'm not going to see anywhere near my money back either---

After many years of "jamming" the clutch by one of the favoured/recommended methods I finally bit the bullet. For the price of a couple of pints it is well worth it.(or a packet of fags )

One more ??--Is the outlet from the return pipe into the tank just the holes at the top of the pipe or are there holes nearer the bottom as well

Hi Dean.

That's bril thanks. I had assumed something like that but as I am in no rush I thought that best to check. The caps are available From D/Fly at about 43. So I guess that I too shall become a manufacturer :)

Their pic is not very plain so one ? please--does the cap have a peripheral lip that fits down over the filter or is it just a flat surface.

Regards

Having re-read your replies and then looked again at my oil tank It has the long upright tube in it. This leads me to think that its not actually an M20 tank but may be from an AorB series machine. I shall take it off again tomo and investigate further.

Hi. My M20 service sheets say that the "M" Series bikes don't have the oil filter in the oil tank because there is a felt filter in the oil return line. Fine. But I cant find any reference to the actual filter in any of my exploded drawing, or other documents.

Advice please.

Quick ask----would it be normal to use a washer when fitting the mag drive sprocket retaining nut. Cant find an answer in any of my books or service sheets. Thanks

Hi I've just got my mag/dyno back from refurb (which cost ouch)and I obviously wish to fit it correctly.
I have never put an M20 mag on before so: - My mag has four studs on the bottom. Are they just locators or do they have an adjustment function.
Any other tips ----yes please---gratefully accepted.

Got a OHV Sloper with a serious heart problem. Anyone able to recommend a workshop able to "Do". SRM don't do them and its outside the realms of my knowledge and experience.

Any advice or assistance gratefully received.

Hampshire Electroplaters. Southampton 02380 012443. I've used them several times ----no complaints. Reasonable prices certainly competitive.  In fact I'm just making up a "batch" to be plated. Probably another couple of weeks.
