Lightweights / Re: So is this the right place

That's awesome you've got an Ariel 3! I've always found those smaller bikes to have so much character, even next to the big beasts like the Gold Star. Customizing can definitely be a challenge, especially when you start cramming in all that tech. I've had my fair share of DIY projects that turned into mini nightmares too! I'd love to see some pics of your rides; it's always cool to see how others are making their bikes unique.

You should be good to just show up, but I'd double-check if they require tickets in advance, especially since camping events can have different rules. Last time I went to a similar event, I almost missed out because I didn't confirm ahead of time, so reaching out to the organizers is a smart move.

That's an interesting video. I've got a YouTube channel too where I share some cool sports news.

I can do pc video capture, and my videos are edited to be super cool and informative. You won't wanna miss them!

Hey, that's awesome you're so close to firing it up! When I rebuilt my bike, I did a similar prep. I cranked it over with the plugs out and the oil tank full, which really helped get the oil circulating. I also primed the oil pump manually—check your manual for how to do that on your bike. Keep an eye out for leaks and watch the oil pressure gauge when you start it up.

You're looking for hose clamps or crimp rings. I've used these a bunch of times on my car projects. Just make sure you get the right size for your hose. If you're unsure, take the hose with you to the store or check out the size online. You can check Amazon, they have a ton of options.

BSAOC International Rallies / Re: Norway 2024

If you're heading to the Norway rally in 2024, booking directly with the campsite makes sense since it's often the easiest way to secure a spot close to the event. I'd recommend sorting that out as soon as possible since things can fill up fast, especially for popular rallies like this.
On a different note, I recently stayed at Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Missouri. The facilities were cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. If you are planning a trip to Branson, this place is worth checking out: https://www.westgateresorts.com/hotels/missouri/branson/westgate-branson-woods-resort/.

The setup at Adare Camping Park sounds top-notch, especially with Hugh knowing his stuff and all. I bet that Saturday ride-out is gonna be a blast for everyone involved. And hey, even though it's your first go at a BSA camp in Ireland, your past experience wrangling Royal Enfield events should give you a solid edge.

Pre War / Re: 20" tyre for b22

I haven't tried out Ensign tires myself, but I've heard different opinions floating around online. Some people really love them for that old-school vibe and say they perform pretty well, but then there are others who've had problems with how long they last or how well they grip the road.

Choosing the right model and navigating through the details can indeed be daunting. I recommend checking out reliable sources for guidance. Personally, I've found this website https://leds.to/ extremely helpful—it offers comprehensive guides on everything from basic replacements to understanding different types of bulbs. You might find it beneficial to explore their articles for detailed instructions and product recommendations.
