Hi Dave,

Worked out it an Iron Butt situation, its 1,145k Ride and Ferry from Rotterdam to Kristiansand then at least 3 hours ride to Lysebotn, then there the small matter of another 400k to Fredrikstad. May not be doable in 3 days on a Beezer. Besides getting down to the Ffjord at lysebotn may be the easy part getting back out might be a challenge.

If your after an event which involves a lot of riding have a look at this years international Rally, it's in Norway. I'm planning to ride there and back plus around the area whilst there.

Branch Camps are good fun tend to ride there ride all day Saturday then ride back home they are a good weekend away with like minded individuals.

My sense is this years international rally is going to put around 2,500-3,000 miles on my old girl.

Hi,

I'm looking forward to my first Rally on my BSA.

Been looking at routes and think for me it's going to be: Hull to Hook of Holland then up to Hirtshals in Denmark Ferry to Kristiansand.  I'm looking at going to Lysebotn, before stricking out for Fredristad via nomeland and Oslo.

Back I'm thinking of returning through Sweden and Denmark Via Copenhagen.  Will depend on the time I have I suspect I won't be able to do everything either way it's going to be a good old ride on the old Beezer.
