Unable to source a male to male connector for the pilgrim pump on a 1934 bluestar 250.

Both ends are male one fitting into the pump body and one with a compression fitting to the oil feed.
I believe the thread is 1/2 in  C13 , anyone ony ideas where i might get one or have one made ?

Thanks.

Hi the brakes on the above bike are not locking even at low speeds and fail to stop the bike. I do not yet know if they need bedding in or are contaminated with oil /grease,
I have looked for a technical sheet on the members area , can any one advise on drawings etc to show how to inspect and or dismantle and replace .

Thanks

The Star and Garter / Re: Rubber knee pads
« on: 18 December, 2021, 14:49:38 »
The knee pads I fitted to both a bsa and ariel had an internal lip that fitted over the protruding bracket.

Warm the pads to increase their flexability, should also give the correct contour.

Pre War / Re: Exhaust fixing to cylinder 1934 b250 cc
« on: 14 December, 2021, 17:10:40 »
Thanks
The exhaust is 1 1/2 ins the port is very slightly larger, no pictures I have viewed show any collar.

I am going to seal it with heat resistant exhaust sealer that hopefully will withstand the vibrations the brackets hold the system very securely.

Thanks again.
