If you warm them up first ,they are easier to fit .best thing to do is put them in a sink of hot water

I had difficulty replacing the rear wheel in my C15, I had to lever the forks apart, I had a look on the draganfly site and they list the same part number for the C15/B40 and with 45 teeth,the BSA C15 parts book list a 46 tooth as for a sidecar. Mine has 45 teeth how do I know if i have the correct one

I have an original pair of handle bars on my C15 and they are 27 inches wide.

What year is your bike as the later ones had two holes.I think 65 or 66 after this a different oil pump with a larger sump plate was fitted

If you undo the bolt above it , It has a captive nut, you just have to have a long extension .you will probably have to undo the mudguard bolts as well ,because the captive nut will stop you pulling the chain guard out

The D 1964 had an uprated new  big end ,1965 The D uprated big end plus side points. 1966 new crankshaft assembly end feed  and improved gearbox

To remove the gearbox end cover on the later engines ,the clutch has to be removed first,then the cover will come off complete with the gears

  It seems to me that the lugs on the top of the stand are worn . I had the same problem until i purchased a new stand . now the rear wheel is about  3 inches from the ground .there may also be wear on the pivot pins
