Hi,
I have a few BSAs and have no problems riding the later models with full suspension but on my 2 "hardtail" bikes with sprung saddles I suffer from back ache and pain between my shoulders. Its bad enough to make me not want to ride these bikes! I think the problem is the sprung saddles rotate down at the back so I'm having to use my back muscles to hold on and the rotation of my hips is causing strain. I wonder if a sprung seat-post and fixed saddle would be better and if anyone has solved this problem and could offer some advice.
Thanks
