Hi, what would the correct size ball bearings be for the headset on a 1970 starfire TIA

Hi, I have removed the old rear shocks but the bush on the new set have much smaller bushes (lower) and will not cover the shoulder!, so are there different bush kits out there?

Hi are the lower rear shock nuts  5/8?

Hi,is it just a matter of undoing all the top nuts to swap a same as top yoke?

Running project, owned for 1.5yrs so far replaced coil, plugs, ht lead, stainless bolts on rear wheel and on rear shocks,
Magnetic sump, led bulbs all round, led oil pressure/battery/alternator minder,
Next I have a stainless polished rear mudguard + the original rear light to fit, and to get new stainless wheel rims, and to give the tank and side panels a respray,  changed all oils, I replaced the seat cover

Hi have bought a new stainless rear mudguard which came with no fixing holes, any tips for fitting?

Hi, just fitted an battery/oil pressure minder but after refitting the wiring back to the ignition switch the engine will not turn off, lights turn off with key
Where did I go wrong?!

Trying to find the gasket that goes between mudguard and rear light but with no luck, cannot see one in the parts nook either!!

Cannot get a spanner around the pressure switch,
Thinking of using a chain wrench! Thoughts anyone

Just come back from a ten mile run
on my 70 starfire and as soon as I got to a standstill on my drive the engine died I can restart but will only keep running if I hold the throttle slightly was a bit of spitting when i did this! any advisories? TIA

Hi, I have the original complete rear light unit to fit
But I don't know what fits into the hole on top of alloy holder!, there are the two holes for bolts on the bottom of the bracket.

Hi, bike starts fine but cuts out as soon as I turn on the lights,
When running only the brake light works and gets brighter the more revs I give it
I suspect the battery is on its last legs as well, the lights do come on without the bike running
But very dimly!?
