Triples / R3 choke

Hi All , Is there an alternative to the cable choke looping back and connectimg to the lever on the left carb,have looked at handlebar mount but it looks like the left hand carb fouls on the throttle mechanism anyone have a successful system/ route TIA.

Twins / Tab washer A65

Has anyone had problems with L/washer timing pinion on the A65 ,rebuilding one at the moment and could do with a bit more o/d on the washer ,the present dimensions on the new and old one are  o/d=0.891" the nut is 0.786",which leaves an overlap of approx 0.0525" any one make their own or know of a better source?.TIA

HI All, I need a new lucas wiring loom for my 1968 thunderbolt F reg, the problem i have is, is this a 1967 model registered in 1968  the 67 loom   no = 54938942
                                  68 loom   no = 54953385
 could someone tell me the difference please

Hi All , Does the sleeve fit over the male and female dog when in position.when rebuilding, the retaining bracket is
standing about an eighth of an inch off the casing face and the sleeve will not fit over , so I do not know if the sleeve is to long or there is a slight burr on end of pump drive side

Hello , Asking for info on torque settings for the worm drive for the oil pump on A10 1960,
 the length of bolt would be good ,

Would anyone have the thread size for the 2 retainnig bolts on the inner timing cover  ( the one the rev cable fits to thanks )
