Singles / 441 vs kick start rubber

I went on line to buy a k/s rubber for my Victor Special.  Trouble is, I don't know if it's open or closed end.  My workshop manual has no photos, only drawings.
Will someone help me out here?

Singles / B44VS carby settings

I was lucky enough to pick up my second B44VS - with a gap of 49 years in between.  Engine & frame no AD06362 B44VS.  I believe  it is a 1970 model, probably a US import.  The carby is well worn, so I'll replace it.  It's a mk1 concentric 930/R92, pilot jet bushed, which I think was originally from a Triumph twin, though I could be wrong. It is jetted the same as the workshop manual except for the bushed pilot jet, and runs pretty well, though the idle is not reliable.
My problem is what jetting I need for the new carby.
Haynes says          main - 230
                             pilot  - 25
                            njet  - 107
                            slide  -   3
Workshop manual- main - 220
                            pilot  -  25
                            njet   - 107
                            slide  -   3
Amal website -     main  -  240
                          pjet    -  bushed
                          njet    -  106
                          slide   -    3.5
Any B44VS addicts out there who can point me in the right direction?
