Hi, just fitted an battery/oil pressure minder but after refitting the wiring back to the ignition switch the engine will not turn off, lights turn off with key
Where did I go wrong?!

turned out to be a failing ignition coil

Just come back from a ten mile run
on my 70 starfire and as soon as I got to a standstill on my drive the engine died I can restart but will only keep running if I hold the throttle slightly was a bit of spitting when i did this! any advisories? TIA
