Title: Bsa C25
Post by: CHOOSEY2 on 12 November, 2017, 16:56:22
Hi,
I am trying to renovate a C25 , however I have fitted the exhaust and when the kick start lever is assembled it seems to slightly foul the exhaust, now this may be the wrong Ks lever , how can I tell and when looking at 5/8 Ks lever options there seems to be several, any one got the measurement of a correctly fitting C 25 Ks lever ?
Thanks guys

Could be that the exhaust is the problem rather than the kickstart?

Does it foul the silencer or the pipe?

Hi,
Sorry my mistake, the silencer, I have a standard low level exhaust pipe and silencer with spacers and bracket as per the parts book, so thinking the  ks lever may not be correct, or may be misshaped or bent ?

Could be but often, unfortunately, exhausts dont fit properly not being quite the right bend and sometimes an extra spacer or spacers may be needed to algn things properly.
