Unknown Flat Tank BSA Frame and Forks

I have discovered this Flat Tank BSA frame in the garage

The top tube is missing (easy repair)

It has the BSA badge painted on the head stock

Other than that I have no idea what it is.

From the 1924 parts book, you can see the possible models in the key. similar frames in 1925- 1929 parts books.

These photos from 1914-1923 parts book, so a number of models possible.

From looking at the parts books

The 1924 6hp Frame looks very similar

Am I along the right lines

Ok,

A kind man has just identified the frame for me.

It is a 1928 H (H2) or K frame, so either chain or belt Drive

Originally fitted with a 577 side valve engine.

I am willing to sell the frame if anyone is interested.
