BSA registered "975CDH"
« on: 05 January, 2018, 20:14:44 »
Hello.

As a new member to this forum I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the above registered BSA?
DVLA has it listed as a 1958 BSA with a 135cc engine.

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Kind regards Chris.

Sounds like a misprint by the DVLA on a Bantam.

As it has a Walsall registration, it would most likely have been sold by Motorcycle Mart (Walsall) Ltd in Ablewell Street. Being 1958, it could be a D5?
There must be thousands of Bantams still left mouldering in sheds, its likely this is one of them.

Hello.

Thank you for the replies.

According to the DVLA website the number is on a "black" 1958 motorbike and I assume it must still be on the road as it is MOT'd until November 19th 2018.

Regards Chris.
