More on tanks
« on: 02 November, 2017, 08:15:50 »
Took my A65 tank to a local paint shop(thet specialise in classic car paintwork RR etc) to have it painted. There was a dent in it , out of obvious sight . The lads at 'Splash of Paint' removed the dent and painted the tank to perfection. In fact at a local show there was an award fot the best restored paintwork and yes got it . Total job 175 and yes taking the B31 tank there for a splash of paint...

I had the tank, mudguards, stays, oil tank and toolbox sand blasted and repainted for 335, that included 85 for 1L of light green polychromatic paint from RS paints.
