A10 Carb
« on: 13 October, 2017, 19:42:48 »
I have just taken the carb off my 1958 A10 Gold Flash  to do a refurb and its stamped 376/15 which I believe is the wrong carb. I understand it should be a 376/17. Can anybody please tell me what effect the 376/15 will have on the way the Bike runs if I put it back on.
Thanks in anticipation.

The stamp these days means nothing - the carb will most probably have been rebuilt several times using any serviceable body. How it works is the important bit.

Draganfly's website has an article on these carbs in their A7 A10 Part Section and Hitchcock motorcycles have a few experts on Amals at their base.
