Title: Unknown Flat Tank BSA Frame and Forks
Post by: Paddymayne on 18 January, 2018, 18:22:23
I have discovered this Flat Tank BSA frame in the garage

The top tube is missing (easy repair)

It has the BSA badge painted on the head stock

Other than that I have no idea what it is.

I have attached the link below for the photos

Tks
Any help would be appreciated

From the 1924 parts book, you can see the possible models in the key. similar frames in 1925- 1929 parts books.

These photos from 1914-1923 parts book, so a number of models possible.

Ok,

A kind man has just identified the frame for me.

It is a 1928 H (H2) or K frame, so either chain or belt Drive

Originally fitted with a 577 side valve engine.

I am willing to sell the frame if anyone is interested.
